Management involvement

With regard to quality management, the main responsibilities of the management are as follows:

  • To implement the rules described in the current Manual especially for products ordered for industry and high technology applications, taking into account our customer's expressed and underlying requirements.
  • To insure that staff having responsibilities concerning the Manual are continuously informed about the consequences of deviation with respect to the imposed rules.
  • The quality of products and services supplied must be taken into consideration as an absolute priority.
  • In harmony with the strategy, company policy and quality targets, to insure the evolution of the maintenance and quality system and monitor continuously in search of customer satisfaction.
  • To maintain the independence of the Quality function, to give to those responsible the means to execute their mandate and guarantee thereby the correct application of the Quality Programme as defined by this Manual.
